Cattron launches real-time, virtual assistance enabling state-of-the-art technical support.

Cattron has announced the launch of a new technical service management tool enabling real-time virtual assistance and help desk support. Partnering with SightCall, Cattron now offers a new technical support platform that transforms the way service is delivered.

The new service tool enhances service by combining real-time virtual assistance with interactive capabilities to allow Cattron’s help desk to see the issue and provide live visual guidance and instruction.

The tool is also easy to use. Customers have the choice to download the app or click on a link to go directly to the SightCall platform where Cattron’s Service Technician is waiting to help.
