Cattron has announced the launch of a new technical service management tool that enables real-time virtual assistance and help desk support. Partnering with SightCall, Cattron now offers a new technical support platform that transforms the way service is delivered.
The new service tool enhances service by combining real-time virtual assistance with interactive capabilities that enables Cattron’s helpdesk to see the issue and provide live visual guidance and instruction.

The tool is also easy to use. Customers have the choice to download the app or click on a link that takes them directly to the SightCall platform where Cattron’s Service Technician is waiting to help them.
