COVID-19 Response and Update on the Current Status of Cattron Operations

March 23, 2020

As announced on Sunday, March 22, by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Director Amy Acton,
all Ohio residents are being ordered to “Stay-At-Home” unless engaged in essential work or
activities. The order goes into effect on 11:59 PM on Monday, March 23 and will continue until
11:59 PM on April 6.

Cattron’s North America operation, based in Ohio, is classified as an essential business
operation and will continue operation during this time. All proper precautions have been taken to
ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers while maintaining business
continuity.
