Troubleshooting System I/O
Each I/O are independently fused, replaceable and include a LED when turned on, eliminating the need to do rework and rewiring when a single output goes bad
Tilt Detection
If the controller is tilted beyond a certain threshold for a predefined period of time, the system goes into an emergency penalty
Proportional Pneumatic Control
Uses proportional valve technology with integrated volume boosted utilizing direct acting coils for precise air output in any orientation
Serviceability
Design and packaging allow pneumatics to be taken apart without having to disassemble the entire package
Brake Pressure Monitoring
Each pressure transducer includes a display for easy pressure reading
Cradle Design
Patent-pending design of the cradle enables rapid installation without any tools
Emergency Brake Override
Provides the operator the ability to command an emergency brake application from the controller
Wheel Slip Control
Automatic sanding, holding or reduction of throttle notch performed automatically when wheel slips are detected
Enclosure
Single, 24' by 24' enclosure with a carrying handle attached for easier transport
Heated Cabinet
System design includes a forced air heater that turns on at any temperature below 40 degrees F to prevent airline freeze ups
Trainline Alarm Monitoring
A single input monitors the locomotive trainline alarm

Headlight Control
System can be configured to control the front and rear headlights on the locomotive. These can be customized for Off/On, Dim/Bright, Off/Dim/Bright

Configurable, patent-pending system with up to eight additional sounds possible
