The Transport™ QC is a lightweight, quick-connect locomotive remote control system that allows operators to quickly install and move the system from one locomotive to another. The system’s throttle control enables operators to manipulate the locomotive speed and offers a patented bell and horn sound system. It is designed to expedite troubleshooting and lower the total cost of ownership with fewer maintenance and repairs for plant rail operators in the Americas.

Cradle Design
The patented design of the cradle enables rapid installation without any tools
Heated Cabinet
System design includes a forced air heater that turns on at any temperature below 40 degrees F to prevent airline freeze ups
Troubleshooting System I/O
Each I/O are independently fused, replaceable and include a LED when turned on, eliminating the need to do rework and rewiring when a single output goes bad
Tilt Detection
If the controller is tilted beyond a certain threshold for a predefined period of time, the system goes into an emergency penalty
Brake Control
Uses proportional stepped valve technology with integrated volume boosted utilizing direct acting coils for precise air output in any orientation
Serviceability
Design and packaging allow pneumatics to be taken apart without having to disassemble the entire package
Brake Pressure Monitoring
Each pressure transducer includes a display for easy pressure reading
Emergency Brake
Provides the operator the ability to command an emergency brake application from the controller (train brake option required)
Wheel Slip Control
Automatic sanding, holding or reduction of throttle notch performed automatically when wheel slips are detected
